Effective January 1, 2024 medical and dental plan rates are increasing. Please see the attached rate sheet with letter from the County Health Pool.
The medical FSA yearly contribution limit for 2024 is $4,150.00 for Single, and $8,300 for Family. 55+Catch-up is $1,000.
The benefits you elect or change will go into effect on 1/1/2024.
Your first benefits deduction will be taken on 12/13/2024 due to benefit deductions being taken a month in advance.
Medical FSA, Health Savings Account and Dependent Care FSA deductions will begin on 1/3/2024.
Everyone enrolled in the medical plan will receive new cards, mailed to the address on file.
If you need to make address or phone number changes, please complete an address change card.
If you are waiving our medical plan and wish to continue, you need to complete the Change/No Change Form. This form is available through Human Resources in the Employee Portal on the City of Lamar website.
Lincoln Financial Group will offer Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
